After living at the same address for over 32 yrs we reluctantly made the decision to downsize. Over a five year period I watched in despair as my investment property was gradually wrecked whilst being managed by one of the top, award winning management companies in West Australia. The company failed to update the property condition report between tenants and after a major upgrade of floor coverings and installation of a new kitchen and laundry. Due to their incompetence an almost new dishwasher was thrown out, the gardens were ruined and the driveway partially wrecked. Due to the high staff turnover within the company, different property managers inspected the property at the 3 monthly inspections and none reported the new kitchen. In fact they did not even realise that the tenants had a dog or that other family members were now living in the house without permission.
