Experience and credentials

There is no substitute for credibility and experience in real estate. I have been selling homes in and around the Western Suburbs for more than a decade. My family were prominent builders and it is this lifelong affiliation with the industry that has helped to hone my natural talent for appraising homes. I have been involved with over 15 subdivisions in the Wembley area, as well as assisted developers with the design.

We are members of REIWA and I have won many awards for my sales, including 5 Master Sales Awards placing my sales results in the top 10% of achievers here in Perth.

What makes one real estate agency different from another? I believe it is a number of factors, and my passion to create positive change led me to open Michelle Hawkins Real Estate.
