I am writing this to not only thank Michelle for all her effort in selling our property but should anyone be looking for a real estate agent that goes the extra mile and is not just a cowboy that jumped on in the mining boom when houses sold themselves. We originally brought off Michelle and when we saw how she operated signed her up straight away to sell our Wembley property in 2009 and when it came to sell our Woodlands property in 2016, only one phone call was made and that was to Michelle. I recently sold a property in City Beach with Michelle and have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective seller. Over a five year period I watched in despair as my investment property was gradually wrecked whilst being managed by one of the top, award winning management companies in West Australia. The company failed to update the property condition report between tenants and after a major upgrade of floor coverings and installation of a new kitchen and laundry.
