I am writing this to not only thank Michelle for all her effort in selling our property but should anyone be looking for a real estate agent that goes the extra mile and is not just a cowboy that jumped on in the mining boom when houses sold themselves. We originally brought off Michelle and when we saw how she operated signed her up straight away to sell our Wembley property in 2009 and when it came to sell our Woodlands property in 2016, only one phone call was made and that was to Michelle. Her keenness and knowledge is second to none, also her contacts of people who can assist in matters to get your property in the best presentable condition to sell is second to none. With all who assist being there on time, in quick time and more than reasonably priced and quality flawless. After living at the same address for over 32 yrs we reluctantly made the decision to downsize. I recently sold a property in City Beach with Michelle and have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective seller. Having sold a few houses in the last 5 years, I found her to differ to other agents in her willingness to 'go the extra mile'. She undertook some gardening at her own expense, put some small items in the empty house for presentation, made some very good recommendations about how best to present the property and was prepared to open Saturday and Sunday.
